Jim-Barry Behar

CEO, Solution Architect

Jim-Barry founded Relentless Solutions in 1990. He brings more than 39 years of networking, Point of Sale, and accounting experience to the table, and has a background in business processes, architecture, programming, and integration. Why technology? “I love the challenge; technology is changing, sometimes daily and it’s a total challenge to keep up with it and at the same time help our customers stay current.”

Shari Don


Shari joined Relentless Solutions in 2007 and has been on the ride of her life ever since. “There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t learn something new.” Responsible for the day-to-day management, Shari takes immense pride in delivering customer and employee satisfaction.


Stephanie Skantze

Stephanie joined Relentless Solutions in 2011 after having been a customer. She brings 25 years of Project Management experience. “I came to work for Jim because he’s smart, honest, and fun. I respect him immensely because he always provides the ‘what about’ factor. I love that now I get to provide the ‘what about’ factor.”

Ross has been a part of the Relentless Solutions team since 2011 and is responsible for Counterpoint and Teamwork Support. Bringing over 30 years of Point of Sale experience to the technical team, Ross knows what questions to ask to get the job done right.

Susan has been a SQL Developer at Relentless Solutions since 2009. She enjoys a challenge and loves finding new ways to solve procedural or business problems. “It’s a fun challenge to build a customer-focused solution and see it all come together.”

Jay joined the Relentless Solutions team in 2011 with over 15 years of Counterpoint and Networking experience. “I love helping and solving problems. I take customer service very seriously; I take the view that their business is my business.”

Shawn is a highly motivated, well-educated individual who has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years.  With a design background, he comes at problems from all angles — seeing the larger picture and thinking ahead for a holistic solution.  Having worn many hats, he can tackle almost any issue that might arise in the realm of IT.

Royce Cannon

Point of Sale Technician

Royce has over 28 years of experience selling, implementing, and managing retail Point of Sale system projects from start to finish. One might say he is a jack of many colors. When needed, he provides input and feedback to the business leadership team on various other projects or issues that arise. Royce is the Mid-Florida area representative for on-site implementations. When he is not working on projects, he loves to spend time with family, going on fishing trips, and has a passion for cooking and baking.


Jose Dominguez


Jose has been a part of the Relentless Solutions team for 16 years. He is the go-to guy on the team for networking, servers, backups, security, and all things hardware.


Drew Lechler

Senior Point of Sale Developer
Drew develops software customizations, designs workarounds to built-in limitations, and achieves the exact functionality needed to get the job done. The bigger the challenge, the more creative his solutions.


Jeffrey Zaballa

Jeffrey joined the Relentless team in 2018 as a technician and documentation writer. He has contributed to administration, troubleshooting, and project planning for various software platforms. He is also the primary resource for the creation of both internal and client-facing procedural documents.


Joseph Blevins

Account Manager

Joe is a performance-driven sales and account management professional committed to providing exceptional service while consistently exceeding expectations. Adept at identifying client needs and cultivating relationships across all levels, Joe thrives in collaborative team-oriented environments and has substantial experience training teams on technical implementations.


Anderson Guzman

Anderson is one of our top engineers, working with integrations and APIs, to simplify business processes and help eliminate duplicate data entry. He also handles technical issues and ensures that network projects provide maximum performance and security for their users as a Network Engineer.

Erik Kanlagna

Director of Technical Services

Erik recently joined Relentless in March of 2020. He has several years of experience as a Network Engineer,
Dev-ops Engineer and Development Engineer for embedded Linux network devices. He comes from a background of providing 24x7x365 support for over 100,000 retail sites. He is eager to share his knowledge and experience in a leadership role at Relentless.

Silvia Mendez

Silvia has been working in the Customer Service field for more than 15 years. She is our front line to provide support to all of our clients and customers. Her interactions with customers go from providing them with helpful information about products and services to addressing their concerns, processing their orders and/or requests, and managing their accounts in the most efficient way. She is the one that helps us make sure that every single customer feels satisfied with our products and services.
